DESIGN
At the design stage we create 3D and 2D imagery in order to provide the visualisation of your space. The design also involves selection of furniture and other elements, so we can deliver the environment you want to achieve set within the budget.
The Design stage can be broken down into 6 key areas: Specification & Budget, Licence to Alter Production, Detailed Design, Furniture Selection & Procurement, Fit-Out Procurement and Planning Applications.
DELIVER
Once contractors are appointed, Bell Projects ensures that they do everything that’s in the design and specification on time and to the contract sum. Building a good relationship with Building Management is the key to making sure the project is delivered on time and to budget.
Using standard forms of contract, we pull the works into packages assuming full contractual accountability whilst providing quality assurance and cost certainty throughout.
Maintain
If you’ve just moved in, our Facilities Management team will help you to set up every aspect of maintaining your office environment including Health & Safety and the management of maintenance and support contracts.
We take care of your office facilities throughout the period of your lease and advise you on the statutory Health & Safety requirements you must meet whilst in occupancy. Our services cover cleaning, PAT testing, Health & Safety, electrical and data, plumbing, air conditioning, heating and more.
